Atcharang Singkamas

You will need:
- 3 pcs of turnips (singkamas, cut into matchsticks)
- 1 red/green bell pepper (sliced lengthwise)
- 2 large carrots (cut into matchsticks)
- 1 red/white onions (chopped)
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 cup of apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup of white vinegar
- 2 tsp of ground black pepper
- 3/4 cups of brown/white sugar
- 1 tsp of salt
- 5 chili peppers (chopped)
- 1 thumb of ginger (sliced thin crosswise)

How to cook it:
1. Bring the vinegar into boil and add all of the ingredients except for the carrots, onions and turnips.

2. Let it cool for 5 minutes

3. Add the remaining ingredients.

4. Pop it in the fridge and its ready to serve.

  1. mapapanis po ba yung atsarang singkamas kasi hindi po piniga ung singkamas eh may sabaw daw po yan so baka mapanis po.
