Pork Spare Ribs Humba

You will need:
- 1 1/2 pork spare ribs
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 2 tbs brown sugar
- 1/3 cups vinegar
- 3 bay leaves (optional)
- 3 pc of star anise
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- 2 packs of dried banana blossoms
- 1/2 liter of pineapple juice
- 1/2 liter of water
- 3/4 cups of soy sauce
- 5 boiled eggs
- 2 tbs cooking wine
- 2 tbs cornstarch (dilute in 4 tbsp water)
- 1/2 tsp of salt

How to cook it:
1. Marinate the spare ribs using
    . 6 cloves of garlic
    . 2 tbs brown sugar
    . 1 tsp ground pepper
    . 1/2 liter of pineapple juice
    . 3/4 cup of soy sauce
    . 2 tbs cooking wine
    . 1/2 tsp of salt
(For 2-4 hours)

2. Bring the marinated pork into boil in low heat— add water.

3. When the meat is tender, add vinegar, star anise and bay leaves. Let it simmer for 2-5 minutes.

4. Pour cornstarch to thicken the sauce

5. Add the boiled eggs and dried banana blossoms.

6. Serve
