Grilled Stuffed Tilapia Wrapped in Foil

You will need:
- 2 Fresh tilapia, trimmed and cleaned (gutted and scaled)
- 3 large tomatoes (minced)
- 1 clove of fresh garlic (minced)
- 2 stalks of celery (chopped)
- 2 siling haba/ jalapeƱo (optional)
- Spring onions (chopped)
- 1 thumb of ginger (chopped)
- 2 tbsp of sesame oil
- 1 tbsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of ground black pepper
- Aluminum foil for wrapping

How to cook it:
1. Cut some slits into the flesh of the tilapia, down to the bone.

2. Mix all the ingredients

3. Stuff the mixture to the stomach and head cavity of the tilapia

4. Brush sesame oil on the foil; wrap the tilapia using the foil

5. Grill within 30 to 45 minutes or until the fish is cooked
