Bitsu Bitsu (Carioca)

- 1 pack of glutinous rice flour (Mochiko)
- 2 cups of shredded coconut meat
- Cooking Oil
- Water
- Skewers
Coating:
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup sugar (I used white sugar)
How to cook it:
1. Combine glutinous rice, shredded coconut meat and water (Mix well and make a dough)
2. Form a ball shaped figure using your dough (set aside)
3. Heat up the cooking oil, deep fry the balls in medium heat until turns light to medium brown
4. Remove the balls and put into paper towel, let it cool.
Coating:
6. Mix the water and sugar in a heated sauce pan until the mixture thickens. Add the fried balls until it is evenly coated wih sugar.
7. Serve and Happy cooking!
