Basmati Fried Rice with Pulled Pork Barbecue and Lettuce

You will need:
- Cold Cooked Rice
- Garlic (Finely minced)
- Left over pork (i.e. Pork adobo, lechon manok, ham, bacon and etc.)
- Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 tbsp of Anatto Oil
- Lettuce (chopped)
- Salt and Pepper

How to cook it:
1. Sauté the minced garlic until toasted, set aside.

2. Toss the pulled pork or any available meat

3. Put 1/2 tbsp of Anatto Oil

4. Toss the cooked rice and slowly mix until they stick apart.

5. Season it with salt and pepper to taste

6. When cooked, leave it for few minutes then include lettuce and the toasted garlic.
