Fried Brown Rice with Ham

You will need:
- 3 large eggs
- Salt and pepper
- Vegetable oil
- Ham (Diced)
- Carrots (Diced)
- 1 tsp of sesame oil
- 1 tbsp of Anatto oil
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 2 cloves of garlic (finely minced)
- Cold cooked brown rice
- Spring onions and Celery (thinly sliced)

How to cook it:
1. Beat the eggs with a whisk or fork in a small bowl, season it with salt and pepper. Heat very little oil into the frying pan over medium heat. Place it into a plate and set aside.

2. Heat the vegetable oil over medium heat in a large frying pan, sauté the minced garlic until toasted.

3. In the same heat, toss the ham to the frying pan and simply stir fry. Slowly add the 1/2 tbsp of Anatto Oil.

4. When ready, put in the cooked rice and spring onions, tossing and mixing thoroughly until very hot.

5. Remove from heat. Stir in the chopped cooked egg. 

6. Delicately mix all the ingredients until ready.

Garnish it with an additional fresh sliced spring onions and it's ready to serve!
